Are you ready to dive deeper into the Bible but not sure where to begin? Join us for Bible Boot Camp—a dynamic and practical 6-week course designed to help you build confidence in reading and interpreting God’s Word. Led by Kingscross, this course offers insightful teaching and engaging discussions to help you grow spiritually.

Course Outline

‍Week 1: Introduction to the Bible / The Authority of Scripture / Understanding Translations

Week 2: The Importance of Interpretation / Exploring the Epistles

Week 3: Old Testament Narratives / The Book of Acts / Psalms

Week 4: The Gospels / Unlocking the Parables

Week 5: The Law, Prophets, and Wisdom Literature

Week 6: Revelation / Moving Forward in Your Bible Journey

Who is Bible Boot Camp for?

This course is for anyone eager to gain a deeper understanding of the Bible—whether you’re new to reading Scripture or have been studying it daily for years. It’s the perfect opportunity to refresh your knowledge and strengthen your faith.

What to Bring

  • Your Bible (we typically use the ESV, but bring the translation you’re most comfortable with)‍
  • A notebook or journal for notes
  • A pen and an open heart to learn and grow!

Location and Time

  • ‍Location: St Alban’s Church, Highgate‍
  • Time: Sundays, 3 August – 7 September, 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM‍
  • Parking: Ample free street parking is available, plus parking on church grounds accessible off St Alban’s Ave.
